With the recent emergence of the space economy era, there has been a marked increase of space development projects, and the demand for satellite launches and space transportation is expected to grow rapidly. This paper investigates the latest trends in international space law and analyzes state responsibilities regarding space activities, as well as the examples of authorization and continuing supervision systems. Additionally, it identifies the shortcomings of current systems and regulations and proposes improvements to ensure compliance with international obligations and public safety. By incorporating the suggested improvements presented in this paper, it is anticipated that not only will public safety be enhanced, but also space activities will be promoted and revitalized.
